Schedule a 50 minute assessment, where we can discuss the issue, establish the work we shall do together and create a treatment plan.

Insurance

I'm a recognised psychologist with the following insurers: Aviva, AXA PPP, Vitality Health and WPA. Please enquire about any others.

therapy sessions

Typically 50 minutes long and currently online.

Note that EMDR sessions last between 60-90 minutes and therefore have higher fees.

Session fee:

I charge on a sliding scale of £150-180.
